Marketplace offers
SIT operates the marketplace and verified sellers provide listed offers. Each offer identifies its seller, price, stock, fulfilment and warranty information.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when confirmation is issued. Availability, payment authorisation and fraud screening may still affect fulfilment.
Delivery and returns
Checkout shows the available delivery method and current estimate. Returns remain subject to the published return policy and item inspection.
Liability and disputes
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law. Contact customer care first so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
