Condition
Return the item complete, with accessories, manuals and packaging. Remove personal accounts and data first.
Exclusions
Opened hygiene products, activated software, personalised items and consumables may not be returnable unless faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are approved after inspection and sent through the original payment method.
